INGREDIENTS:
- 200g cookies
- 60g dates
- 1 tablespoon cacao
- 2 ½ tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 30 ml coconut cream
- ground coconut
METHOD:
Crush the biscuits in a mixer and empty in a bowl. Put the dates, peanut butter, honey and coconut cream in the mixer and grind well until it becomes smooth and easy to shape. Roll the truffles into small balls and dip them in ground coconut.
