INGREDIENTS:
- 150g oat flakes
- 3 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
- 100g largely chopped walnuts
- 6 egg whites
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 ripe apple
- 1 vanilla
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 tablespoons honey
METHOD:
Mix the walnuts with flaxseeds and oat. Mash the fruits in a blender. In a mixer, beat the egg whites, yolks, vanilla and cinnamon. After mixing all ingredients together, add the baking powder. Put the mixture in a tray and bake at 200ºC for 50 minutes. Before letting cool, pour the honey over the cake.
