INGREDIENTS:
- 200g butter
- 350g powdered sugar
- 150g brown sugar
- 200g couverture chocolate
- 100g milk chocolate
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 eggs
- 4 sachets vanilla
- 2 pinches of salt
- 200g flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 8 tablespoons cacao
- Ice cream
METHOD:
Use a pot to slowly melt the butter, powdered sugar, brown sugar, chocolate and honey. Once melted, let them cool. Beat the eggs and add the flour, salt, baking powder and cacao. Add them in the chocolate mixture. Mix well and pour in a tray greased with butter and sprinkled with flour.
Bake in preheated oven to 180°C, positioning the rack in the centre of the oven for 30 minutes. Let cool for three hours and cut in pieces. Serve with whipped cream and ice cream.
