INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ½kg anthotyro fresh cheese
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup sugar
- 7 eggs
- 1 tablespoon fresh butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
METHOD:
In a bowl, break the anthotyro cheese into smaller chunks, add the honey, sugar and eggs and mix well until the mixture becomes homogeneous, smooth and fluffy. Use a round Pyrex pan, greased with butter, and sprinkle its bottom with a good dose of flour. Pour the filling, spread with a spatula and bake at 180ºC for 30 minutes until it becomes golden brown. Once finished, remove from the oven and cool. Sprinkle with some cinnamon.
