INGREDIENTS:
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 fresh onions
- ¼ cup beer
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley
- salt, pepper
Method:
Season the chicken with salt and pepper before sautéing the pieces in the olive oil. Let it simmer for 5 minutes so that each side becomes golden brown. Remove from saucepan and keep it covered until you prepare the sauce. Put the onions in a saucepan and leave for approximately one minute until they become translucent. Use a whisk to mix the honey, the beer, the soy sauce and the mustard and add the mixture in the pan. Bring to boil, turn to low heat and add the chicken until the sauce thickens. Serve with freshly chopped parsley.
