INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg chicken wings or thighs
- ½ tablespoon smoked paprika
- ½ tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon curry
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1.5 tablespoon honey
- Lemon juice (1 lemon)
- olive oil
- salt
- sesame
Method:
Mix all spices together and blend well. Use half of the mixture and the rest of the ingredients to marinate the chicken, except for sesame. Let it rest for two or more hours. Then add plenty of sesame to the rest of the spice mix and sesame-crumb the chicken. Cook in the oven to 200°C for approximately 30 minutes.
