INGREDIENTS:
- 150g rice
- ½ litre full fat milk
- 120g fresh cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 lavender leaf
- 75g sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- ground cinnamon
METHOD:
Add all the ingredients in a pot apart from the rice and cinnamon. Stir well with a wooden spoon until it starts boiling. Then leave over low heat and add the rice. Boil for approximately 20 minutes. Put the mixture in small glass bowls and refrigerate for two hours. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and serve.
