INGREDIENTS:
- 400g noodles
- 5 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 3 cups vegetables (carrots, cucumbers, courgettes, sweet peppers, cabbage, celery, mushrooms)
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- salt, pepper
METHOD:
Boil the noodles in salted water. Once cooked, rinse with cold water and drain them. Add one tablespoon of sunflower oil and stir. Slightly frizzle the onion to high heat in the rest of the sunflower oil and season with salt and pepper. In a glass, add the soy sauce, sesame oil and honey and mix well. In a bowl, prepare the vegetables (cut in thin, long slices). Add the noodles in the pan with the vegetables and stir. Finally, add the sauce and stir again.
