INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pack pasta
- 1 branch of dill
- 1 branch of parsley
- 1 large onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1.5 tablespoon honey
- REGATO cheese grated
- Pepper
- Salt
METHOD:
Boil pasta. At the same time, in a small saucepan frizzle the onion until golden brown. Until pasta and onion are ready, cut the tomatoes into cubes. Drain the pasta and put into a large bowl. Add the tomatoes, onion, some dill and parsley, oil, mustard, salt and pepper and honey. Mix all ingredients together and serve with a grating of Regato cheese according to your preference.
