INGREDIENTS:
- 6 large figs (cut in 4)
- 12 black grapes (cut in 2)
- ¼ glass olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 branches endives
- 1 pomegranate
- some blue cheese
Method:
Wash and drain the endives, add some pomegranate, the figs and grapes. Mix the oil with the vinegar and honey until the dressing is fully dissolved. Pour it over the salad and add some pieces of blue cheese.
