INGREDIENTS:
- 200g smoked salmon fillet
- 125g lettuce
- 2 avocados
- 2 medium-sized tomatoes
- 1 onion (dry)
- ½ branch dill
For the dressing
- Lemon juice (1 lemon)
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon thyme honey
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt
Method:
Peel the avocado and cut in small cubes. Use a brush to spread some lemon juice on the avocado to preserve from browning. Finely chop the dill, cut the tomatoes in large pieces and finely chop the onion.
Wash the lettuce, let it dry and chop it in large chunks.
In a bowl, mix the honey, the rest of the lemon juice, mustard and olive oil and add some salt. Use a wire to mix the dressing, so that it becomes homogeneous.
Cut the salmon fillet into thick slices and then in squares.
In a large bowl, put all the vegetables, dill and salmon pieces and pour the dressing over the salad. Mix and serve.
