INGREDIENTS:
For the dough:
- ¾ cup farine flour
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ cup water
For the syrup:
- honey
- cinnamon
- sugar
METHOD:
Mix all ingredients together and add some water until the mixture becomes a smooth batter. Use a spoon to pour the batter in hot oil. Once the batter becomes crunchy and the pancakes become golden brown, remove from pan and place on oil-absorbing paper. Sprinkle with honey or sugar & cinnamon.
