Christmas fruit cake

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 glass coconut oil
  • 1 glass honey
  • 1 glass milk
  • 400g flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 vanilla
  • orange zest (1 orange)
  • 150g dried fruits

METHOD:

Beat the eggs together with the oil and honey. Add the milk and vanilla and mix well. Add the flour and baking powder in intervals and, finally, add the orange zest. Mix well. Roll the dried fruits in flour and add them in the mixture. Stir slightly. Pour the mixture in the cooking tray and bake in the oven at 160°C for 40 minutes.

Who we are

Our story is set in the unchanged natural landscape of the region of Ayii Anargyri in Miliou village in Paphos district, the place of origin of Petros Dionysiou: a man who carries a long-established tradition in beekeeping, since 1975 to this date.
