INGREDIENTS:
- 15 large butterflied prawns
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 20g butter
- 1 teaspoon dill
- ½ lemon cut in thin slices
METHOD:
Heat the olive and butter in a non-stick frying pan. Add the prawns and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes. Add the honey, dill and thyme until golden brown. Serve with lemon slices.
