INGREDIENTS:
- 2 kg leg of lamb
- 3 tablespoons honey
- ½ glass red wine (semi-sweet)
- Juice from ½ lemon
- Juice from 1 orange
- 3 tablespoons mustard
- 100g olive oil
- oregano
- salt, pepper
Method:
Place the meat in a tray. Blend all ingredients together in a mixer until you get a homogeneous mixture and pour over the meat. Season with salt and pepper.
Preheat the oven to 200°C and cook for one hour. Then, cook for one more hour to 180°C. While cooking, spread the mixture that is left over the meat.
